What is Janzu?

Water as the medium.
Presence as the practice.

Janzu is an invitation to reconnect with water and with ourselves. This aquatic therapy guides us into a deep state of relaxation, purification, and clarity. Water, as an element, represents our emotions — and by flowing with it, we also release emotional burdens that affect our physical body.

"Relax, feel, flow — and discover the power of Janzu."

Join one level or both. Each is a complete day — 10am to 5pm, lunch included.

Your Guide

In the hands of a master.

Flavio López began his path as a massage therapist in Tulum in 2011. He trained in Swedish massage, Thai massage, and Janzu (aquatic therapy) with Master Sol Naciente — completing levels 1, 2, and 3.

Since then, he has practiced these techniques as part of his personal growth, sharing his knowledge to promote a more harmonious life — physically, mentally, and emotionally — helping us connect with our spiritual purpose.

The Setting

A pool fed by
cenote water.

The pool at Casa Arkaana is fed by cenotes — underground waterways sacred to the Maya for thousands of years. Cool, mineral-rich, and alive in a way no ordinary pool can be.

No ocean noise, no strangers — just your group, the water, and Flavio. Surrounded by five acres of old-growth Mayan jungle.
