In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be kept as credit and will be valid for a 1 year grace period. After 1 year, the deposit becomes non-refundable. 

If the cancellation period is less than 2 months, $500 will be kept by Casa Arkaana as this leaves insufficient time to accommodate an alternative program (the remaining balance will be held on your account as a credit which will be valid for a year).
